Lillian Ballard

My name is Lillian and I've had my cosmetology license for over 4 years now but I've been doing lashes for just over 3 years. I moved to LA when I was 18 and was working there as a professional makeup artist. After a while I decided it was time for me to move back home to northern California but I knew that there wasn't much of a way for me to work in Placerville as a full time makeup artist. So, I decided to start doing lashes. Over the last few years I've worked really hard on perfecting my craft despite having life throw me some great obstacles and I've now gotten to a place where I'm really proud of the lashes I do.
